EVANBLY.COM is a Canadian website and independently operated blog based in Alberta, Canada.
The terms “I”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EVANBLY.COM. The term “Site” refers to EVANBLY.COM.
The term “Shop” refers to any shop or product-related content available through EVANBLY.COM. The terms “user”, “you” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers and other users of the Site.
EVANBLY.COM is a website where users can read articles about comics, games, animation and related topics and access additional resources (the “Content”). We may also offer or link to digital goods (the “Products”). The Content, Products and other features of EVANBLY.COM will collectively be referred to as the “Service”.

EVANBLY.COM is generally available 7 days a week, 365 days per year. - I’m bound to misspell a word occasionally, and websites sometimes disappear, leaving us with a dead link. We invite you to let us know if you find an error.
- And since I’m Canadian, I use Canadian/British spellings for words like “colour” and “centre.” Those aren’t typos. 😉
- Sometimes our site may go offline because of maintenance or technical problems.
- We’ll try to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t promise uninterrupted access.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
EVANBLY.COM may offer Products through third-party sellers, marketplaces or payment providers. When you follow a link from EVANBLY.COM to purchase a Product through another website, the purchase transaction takes place through that third party.
